Where and how we send orders

At checkout, the entered address controls which delivery services can be offered for our lunch and meal-organization products. Shipping prices and any qualifying no-charge option are shown there, before the order is submitted.

A successfully authorized purchase typically needs 1–2 business days of preparation. The separate estimate for travel after dispatch is 4–6 business days. These are planning windows, not a guaranteed arrival date; weekends, holidays or carrier events may extend them.

Tracking and accuracy

Check the street address, email and phone at checkout. We share available tracking updates once the carrier provides them. Delivery restrictions can vary by route and service.

When a delivery needs attention

If a package is delayed, lost, scanned as delivered but not received, or damaged in transit, write to ajitaboragavi446@gmail.com. Include the order reference, checkout email and tracking code if one exists; useful package photographs can speed review. Some cases require carrier research.
